Conveyancing is the preparation and review of legal documents for the purchase or sale of property.
More specifically, it is the transfer of the legal title of property from one person to another.
Our role as your conveyancer is to make your sale or purchase transaction as smooth as possible.
We liaise between you and the vendor's/purchaser's legal representative, your bank or mortgage broker, and council/water/strata authorities so that you achieve a good legal title to your land (if you are purchasing) or receive the sale proceeds into your bank account (if you are selling).
A solicitor isn't required when buying or selling property.
A conveyancer specialises in conveyancing and is qualified to provide expert advice in all areas of conveyancing law.
